You will be asked to submit a reference photo to create a 3D avatar that represents you. We want to make it abundantly clear that we do not store your submitted reference photo. The photo is temporarily processed to generate your 3D avatar and calculate your body measurements using advanced computer vision technology.
Through our licensed agreement with Meschcapade GmbH, we generate:
- A 3D avatar that represents you
- Calculated body measurements based on the reference photo
We use Google Firebase for user authentication. During the sign-in process, Firebase Google Auth collects and processes your email address for identification purposes. No other personal information is collected during the authentication process. This optional feature allows users to save a profile for use across devices and browsers.
We do not collect:
- IP Addresses
- Browser History
- Any personal information that you do not explicitly submit to us

We may use third-party services like OpenAI to make personalized recommendations based on your anonymized calculated measurements, fit preference, height, and weight. We assure you that all data shared with third-party services is anonymized and stripped of any personally identifiable information.
We use Google Firebase for securely storing your generated 3D avatar and calculated body measurements. Google Firestore is used for additional data storage needs. All data is stored in encrypted form and is accessible only by authorized personnel.
Of course all users can retrieve their data by reaching to our contact In fact, all of your data is displayed in 'My Profile'. We provide full parity between our fields in firebase collection and your profile UI. If you contact us for a data export, we will provide the same values to you as a JSON file.
You are welcome to delete your account at any time. If you have trouble deleting your account through the plugin or extension itself, do not hesitate to reach out to our contact.
